Dr Shane has created his own treatment for the Psoas and Hiatal Hernia. The Psoas is a core muscle that is most often missed in treatment. If you have to push off your knees to stand up or have trouble standing up straight then your psoas may be the problem. Hiatal hernia is one of the most misdiagnosed abdominal problems in children and adults. In adults when it gets stuck it can cause gastric reflux. Roughly 20 minutes.
